At Wheelwash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Wheelwash designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
